Adventures in Morocco

Things are getting settled down after my fabulous 2-week trip to Morocco. Mom and I had many adventures with our Smithsonian tour group. We explored Roman ruins, souks, kasbahs, markets, etc. The highlight for me was a camel ride in the Sahara.

The Sahara!!! How awesome is that???

The bad news is that I had little time to sketch because we were so busy sightseeing. The good news is that we were super-busy seeing the sights. So while I do not have many sketches, I do have dozens of lovely photographs that I can use as references to build a painting.

So, the next step is to decide which sketches and/or photos would make a good painting. Decisions, decisions...
